On western end of town with Taco Bell convenient for morning crunch wrap and good coffee. I think Motel6 has a continental breakfast situation but I don't avail myself of the perk . . . probably good . . . maybe I should. Free Wi-Fi worked fine.
Enjoyed our stay and rested very well.
Clean, inexpensive, friendly & helpful staff, and dog friendly. What more can you ask for at this price. Only got 4 stars because parking lot is a little tight for a truck.
Called the motel when we were a couple of hours out and reserved 4 rooms for our small group. Very friendly and helpful over the phone. Desk clerk warned us that a couple of the rooms we had set aside were formerly smoking rooms and had some smoke smell although faint, we might notice. She offered to move us to another area of the motel and kept all four of our rooms together. We appreciated the warning as my wife is very sensitive to smoke.
Rooms were clean and well kept, televisions were a little old and small, but we didn't even turn on a TV.
Everything was fine and up to good Motel6 standards. They left the light on for me :)
The next to cheapest room in Gallup. Located down 66 from Vergie's Restaurant, not far from I-40. Rooms were clean, sheets and towels fresh bright white. Old school tube TV with faded colors. Nice recently remodeled bathrooms. Decent wifi.
Well, it was a good price and where I needed to stop, but it is not one of the nicely remodeled Motel 6. Tiny old shower. If you just need to get off the road for the night with a safe, comfortable place to sleep, it was fine.
