The rooms were clean and the location was convenient. Being a trucker needing to park the rig is key a d it has decent spacing for the truck
Easy to find, nicely designed building, be careful you don't miss the turn off Maloney. We thought we'd entered the Room From Hell when we could not get the remote to change the channel from CNN but the girl from the front desk came to the room to help us. Maybe low batteries. Still, sadly, no local Fox station and no Fox News either in their channel lineup. Why? To their credit, they do carry the, even-better-than-Fox, OANN One America News Network.
They were my life saver last night at 1230pm.. I am a single mother traveling far to show up to a near by hotel to be told I had no reservation. They were able to help me get a nice clean room and at a very affordable cost.. The man at the front desk that late was a friendly nice face to see after a long drive and being rejected from another hotel.. I will continue to use this chain everywhere I go now.
Nonetheless, the room was up to Hampton's high standards and was clean, neat and comfortable for a reasonable (by today's standards: about $100) price. Tough to get used to, though, when not so long ago a nice room like this was about $60. The wireless network works flawlessly and it's easy to log on. We appreciate that since their TV selection is a disappointment. Overall, a great place to hole up for the night.
As a frequent guest to many of the Hilton brands, I was highly dissatisfied with this location. There was only one person working the front desk on arrival, which caused a long line and a stressful check-in. Typically during check in the front desk staff will explain where the room is located and usually where the fitness center, pool and other amenities are located, this did not happen. She clearly stated that the room charges were done, handed me the key and called the next customer in line before I had a chance to even get out of the way. Once in the room, I found that the lotion, conditioner and other toiletries were missing and the shampoo had already been used. When checking the bed sheets, the sheets were still soiled with hair in the bed. We also had linens in a crib, which were stained. The next morning when we went to the breakfast area I found that the container being used for the non-fat milk was rusted at the pour spout. Just to add that I have stayed in older Hilton brand locations, and although there were areas for improvement the staff was nice and the rooms clean. In the case of this location, it was almost as if the room had not been cleaned; however this was not the cause according to the staff. Overall it was the worst experience I have ever had in my 9+ years of membership with Hilton.
Great stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was perfect and so was the breakfast. Diane and Sylvan greeted us with a smile and asked if we had everything we needed. What more could one ask for....lovely stay.
