2-star hotel at best. Front office staff hid in the back room until you called them from the phone in the lobby (even though they could see you at the front desk). Computer system couldn't complete credit card transaction at check-in, and had problems with receipts at check outs. Cable TV didn't work. Dimly lit room (only 2 lamps in room when 4 needed for adequate lighting). Very dirty carpets, etc. Site mentioned recently remodeled & upgraded suites...definitely NOT true. However, for a short overnight stay where you're in the room for 9 hrs (8 of which sleeping), it worked. Again...a 2-star hotel at best.
Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Be sure you are at the Knights Inn and Suites on 66 nearer the I40. There's another Knights Inn which is also on 66 right next to another national chain inn. We inadvertently went there the first time through and it was definitely "a no frills" experience. The Knights Inn and Suites is newer, nicer, and has more amenities including a pool.
Cheap, clean rooms, for economy stay. Not fancy, just a basic hotel room, waffles, bagels and toast for breakfast. Housekeeping cleans thoroughly
arrived late..very friendly staff. room was clean breakfast excellant
