The hotel it self was nice (for the price). Great view from our room and our little boys loved that they could swim (while storming). However the staff was rude, and acted like it was a huge bother to answer my question about food delivery, re key our cards, or (even though there were two at the desk) bring us towels. They took jobs in the hospitality field and if they can't be hospitable they should get other jobs. Staff making you feel at home during your stay is one of the most important aspects of any hotel so I am only giving 2 stars.
Nice place, rooms clean and adequate. Pet friendly is a nice feature. Newer accommodations are always a plus in a society that is always looking for the best bang for their buck.
Nice place , very clean. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Rooms are well equipped. Great stay.
