The atmosphere is super nifty. The service was exemplary! And the place seemed clean. I really felt that the food was prepared by someone who didn't have any skill or perhaps it was interest in cooking. This is a great stop for anyone who is taking on the mother road. It's quite novel. If your local there are plenty of better places to eat in the area.
Very charming, nostalgic, very much unexpectedly clean, even the bathrooms. They were out of some things while we were there, like salad, and they only had vanilla milk shakes. Service was very friendly. Food was also very good. Perfect stop along route 66!
Food not the greatest. Not fresh. Has ate here before & was better then. Waitress was ready to give us our ticket when we wanted dessert. Shouldn't have. Pie was freezer burned. Waitress didn't want to give us forks after ours was taken away. Very very disappointed.

Hamburger have frozen processed meat in them. Atmosphere was good except cold case files was what was on the TV in the diner....waitress was pleasant with a smile... Decided to try it the place again since new ownership...I ordered a steak burrito smothered in green chili... What I got was a thin steak I'm a flour tortilla folded in half with barely any chili or cheese in it....I consider this false advertising... All the photos on Google show smothered plates.....
