This staff was the rudest staff I have ever met. I have traveled the country and eaten at many of fast food restaurant and have never been treated in the manner that this staff treated me. Not only were they rude but they totally messed up the order, left one whole meal off and when I brought it to their attention and ask them to please fix it they walked away from me and ignored me as if I wasn't even in the restaurant. I never did get it fixed. With a 1.9 rating I would think that they would be trying to do something better but obviously not, maybe this will put them at a 1.0 I believe that's what they're striving for
The clerk was friendly. We go to Arby's as we travel full time in our RV. We ordered Gyro wit curly fries. It was awesome. First time we've had enough sauce on the gyro that we can taste it.
Their cinnamon apple crisp is also highly recommended.
Seriously, they are really as terrible as the other replies. Check your order before leaving!

Its 7:30 pm and all fast food joints have very long lines. I see Arbys having no line. I go there thinking we, my daughter and I, can get a bite to eat. I'm sitting at the drive-thru menu waiting for someone to greet me. After 10 minutes later and trying shout for. I get nothing. I go to the drive-thru window and try to get attention there, the window is open, and I ask for assistance from the guy preparing food. He tells "Zach" a customer is at the window. I hear "Zach" respond' "so!". Zach then comes over to the window and is very rude, no customer service, and he didn't even ask if he could help me. I immediately asked for the managers name and number, who is named Patrick. I called Patrick and he was very nice and said he would handle it right away.
We were told the card scanner did not work and would need to pay in cash initially. After giving our order we waited over 10 minutes in drive through and they shorted us a sandwich and fries. The drinks were flat and I have no doubt the woman working the register pocketed the cash.
