Delicious Chicken Southwest w/a nice, non-iceberg lettuce salad, homemade cilantro lime dressing. Hubby had huge Relleno n Bean Burrito special smothered in red chili-yum! Sweet local waitresses n food came out fast. Burgers on the fire looked great cooking in the viewable kitchen, but when driving thru NM I just have to have their special version of New Mexican cuisine.
