If there was zero stars, I'd give this place a big fat ZERO!!! Run away. The manager Kimberly will snatch plates full of food away from you. She will also humiliate you front of bunch of customers. Never have I been treated so rudely in my life when eating out.
I come here sometimes when I have the day off. The buffet and soup bar are always delicious!! Everything is always fresh and the service is always right-on. I love it when they have Italian Wedding. Mmmm..... I also like the coffee. I have yet to find something to complain or kvetch about. $8.65 for AYCE buffet and pizza slices is a bargain!!!!
The most horrid place to go. The manager working on 09/29/2017 at 745PM is by far the worst manager I've ever met. I ordered a pizza with salad and was given pizza plates instead (I'm a customer and didn't know). Kimberly, "the manager", almost took my salad plate away full of food. She was giving the worst attitude by disrespecting and humiliating me in front of a lot of other customers by demanding me not to eat anymore salad and to give the plate back. She made such rude remarks and kept arguing with us. Edmonda, the cashier that took our order was the one who instigated the whole thing about the stupid plates. She screwed up in the first place with my order and giving me Salad plates. Worst experience ever!!!
Enjoyed playing games with my kids for their birthday .. food was on point
Great customer service! Prices are reasonable. Love the variety of pizza and kids enjoyed the game room.
