All this was done for $1,300.00
I wish I could give this place no stars! I had a repair done here through my insurance and listening to my insurance was my biggest mistake. Josh Joyce is a complete ripoff he basically sweet talked me into having the repair through this place. Saying and I quote “ These guys do a fantastic job they guarantee their work, they stand behind it 100% it even comes with a lifetime warranty they will make it look like nothing happened” well I wish it turned out that way unfortunately it didn’t. They had my truck for a week for some damage I get a call saying my truck is done but the glass hasn’t come in yet so I ask if I can take the truck since it’s basically glass that is needed no big deal I go get my truck and was greeted by a rude lady working the front desk. Anyway I get my truck and notice all the bumps where they supposedly fixed it. I’m not happy with the repair I call them as I was headed home they tell me to bring it in I end up taking it back they have it for a day and when I get it back it’s still the same I didn’t even get a walk around with my adjuster he was literally avoiding me the whole time until I see him the next visit to resolve this issue. He was walking around acting like he didn’t see me when I was literally right in front of him I follow him into the building ask for a word he gives me this what can I do for you reply when he knows exactly what I was there for I have him look at my vehicle he says he doesn’t see anything wrong with it when I know he does it seems like he was trying to cover up for the shop I’m not sure if Geico and Rico have a partnership together to where they try to cut corners in doing a cheap repair because that’s what the finshed product looked like a kid with no experience did my repair this shop lacks attention to detail the body of my vehicle is far from perfect and that is what I was promised in Josh’s words for it being perfect. I had to take my truck back 3 times yet I’m not happy with the work they did. The manager at the shop Johnny was difficult to work with he was giving me problems about my complaint saying I was being picky and that the repair will never be perfect when I know it can be I have had similar work done to my past vehicles at another very great repair shop in town. I ask every one take into consideration and please avoid this place Rico they do a half ass job more like an inexperienced group of people working here are not professionals. If you have Geico do not listen to Josh Joyce he is full of it he didn’t even do his job in correcting this issue he was avoiding me the whole time no follow up call nothing. I will be taking my truck elsewhere for a actual repair I gave this shop 3 times to fix this issue yet they did a poor job. I have to agree with the previous review learn from our mistakes and do not take your vehicle here please!

They had my car for 10 days.
They called said it was ready.
I had to fix it myself. By this point I don't even want to take it back.(I didn't) My back window rolls down off slitly crooked. Not bad but it was never like that. As I get ready to take off the panel. I notice they broke a piece off the panel. The side skirt color isn't the same color as the original paint.
I came back my bumper was hanging off about 1-2 inches.
Worst place ever to take your vehicle for a "repair" I swear Geico and this place have some sort of scam they're running. The staff are no help at all (especially the 2 ladies at the front desk) as well as the manager Johny. It's really only about the money and not about the satisfactory of customers. I am amazed they still get customers. I've should have listened to my friend that this place was awful and way to expensive. I declined anymore assistance because nothing was being done. NOTHING! The dent on my car is still visible and my rear bumper is slightly hanging. Awful. Awful. I recommend going to a private body shop elsewhere. Rico Paint & Body shop has lost my respect and so has Geico. I am no longer afilliated with either. Rico = Ripoff!
I showed up the door handle was put back on crooked. Side skirt was damaged.
1,300.00 went down the drain.
Took my car in for a damage that I could of got done for around 500.00 in a private body shop.
I went home rolled down my window it wouldn't go back up.
