There is better shops I dont recomend D&A at all, if the airbag deploys it can hurt some one but they dont care.
10 stars!! Excellent Job to our 2017 rav4. Look New again!! Quality works and very friendly staff!! They also drop/pick me up to our house even if its 25 miles away from their shop for FREE. Love this auto body shop! I highly reccomend it!! Thank you again D & A auto body shop!
I am spending the summer in Gallup, and unintentionally ended up off roading with my car. I had definitely done a number on my undercarriage and on the sides of my car, but I brought her into the guys here and they quoted me a reasonable price to get her body detailed. They even put her up on the lift for me to ensure she was safe for me to continue driving before I had to take a trip out of Gallup; free of charge. The guys here are honest and really want to do what's best for you, and as a single lady living out of state, I am extremely thankful for their help and service. Hands down I will be coming back. 6 months after repairs found they didnt do the job right, the burn an air bag the welding is not done right not sealed for corrosion all the work has to be redone , I call and call to find a solution. Owner never called me back.
This shop is the real deal: independent, locally owned, with a can-do attitude. They assessed the damage to my Prius accurately, sourced new parts far cheaper than OEM, and accomplished the work on time and on budget. I paid out of pocket (no insurance involvement), and was very pleased with the final results. Plus, they cheerfully gave me rides when I needed them, and gave me back a washed and vacuumed car. Outstanding customer service.
