A week later we returned to pick up our original rims and old tires and they refused to give it back to us.
I took my truck in for a rotation n balance. Thy did a bad job on it. My front tires just got worse. So took it to another place n got it fix.
Floyd and his boys are the best! I dont know what these other people are talking about, we had fast great service. Highly recommended.
Was on the last leg of our cross country trip from Michigan to Arizona and noticed a nail in the tire. After going to a local competitor and being told to unhook the camper and then told it would be a 2 hour wait, I called point s American tire. They told me to bring the truck and camper right over. They directed me to a side drive over the phone and fixed it immediately. The gentleman pulled the screw out of the tire, showed it to me, and said he wanted to check to make sire it didn't go through the side wall. He brought the tire back and explained that it hadn't hurt the wall of the tire. I appreciate the honesty and the rush. Truly an American comapny.
I hey my car done here only. It's good for basic mechanical work i.e tires, engine maitnace, and other professional repairs.
My best advice is to avoid the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I’ll begin by saying their “done right the first time...guaranteed” is completely false. We dropped off two trailer tires with rims for new tires. When we returned an hour later, their employee gave our trailer rims and tires to a completely different customer. Management tried to fix the mistake and made another by giving us the wrong size rim. The 2nd mistake was not noticed until we traveled over an hour home. When we drove back, management refuse to take responsibility for their employees or himself. He offered no apology and insisted he did nothing wrong. This was by far the worse customer service we received.
