Though I was encouraged to buy the full service oil change they only changed the oil and filter then said I need new tires...my wipers are bad, my air filter dirty, the battery is very weak...the tranny fluid is half a qrt low...everythink on the check off sheet said it was great...these monkeys frustrate the heck outta me. Dont give them your business.
I went in for an oil change for my Audi TT right as they opened. I watched through the window as the tech started work, watched him drain the oil from the car, then fiddle around by the filter (it is in a little bit of a tough spot on the front of the engine), seemingly give up, then reach up with a rag and wipe it off. Nothing else. The tech then brought me out to ask about an issue with my dipstick and had the perfect opportunity to ask me what I usually did with my filter, but no. I asked him if he was able to get the filter out ok because it usually gave me trouble and he said he had no problem. I paid the full 79 bucks (pretty cheap for a full-synthetic oil change ((which my car actually needs. They didn't talk me into it, but from the way the lady at the desk acted they typicly try to talk people into an "upgrade"))at a lube shop) and, just to make sure, before I started my car I lifted the hood and felt my filter. Yep, still hot from the drive there, with still some oil residue and dirt on it. They can't even do a good job trying to cheat people.
