I had the worst experience with this dealership. I purchased a car from this place back in March 2017. Two days after I purchased the car the engine blew while I was out of town. I had to leave the vehicle out in phoenix and fine my way home. My car was out there for 1 week. I called continuously to check the status of the work. Just to be told by George he was sick of me bugging them. I gave him business by purchasing a vehicle and he wasn't bugged that day I spent 6 hours buying the vehicle. 2 Weeks later I'm stranded on the side of the road with my children. I give them a call and was told the mechanic left for the day and they hung up. So I get the car to them the next day. They start to work on it telling me it's the transmission and will be ready by the end of the day. I call them at 4:00 pm and the receptionist tells me she will call me back before 5pm. Well no phone call and I was without a vehicle through the weekend. So from the start I was having trouble with getting answers and good customer service. Monday morning I get a call finally and they tell me to come pick my money back up because they didn't want to fix the car. I asked if there was another vehicle I could purchase and I was told to come in and take a look at them. So during my lunch break I go there just to get a check handed to me. BUT SOMETHING THAT STOOD OUT TO ME WAS GEORGE THE OWNER TELLING ME HE DIDN'T HAVE A VEHICLE HE THOUGHT WAS GOOD ENOUGH TO BE TRAVELING IN TO PHOENIX. IF THE OWNER HIMSELF DON'T TRUST THE VEHICLE WHY SELL THEM TO OTHER'S WHO PUT THAT TRUST INTO YOUR BUSINESS????? Worst place ever!!!
