It took awhile for the sales people to acknowledge our presence. They weren't concern for us instead they wanted our money right away because they kept asking us how much we're going to put down without solving our situations first.
Great workers but our diesel mechanic grandson said the price was way high.

I am beyond upset with this place! I am active duty and relocating out of state. I originally got the car serviced in Albuquerque only, but the commute and my work load were challenging to manage. They supposedly serviced our brakes. Something didn't some right so we took it to the dealer in the city where I am living and I talked to my friend who is a mechanic. They basically charged us for work that they didn't do and put some cheap after market value brakes on my 300 vs what we paid for and should be on our car. My husband kept the receipts and the dealer here called the corporate office to complain and discounted the price of what we had to spend. So, to say the least, I was livid about not receiving quality service that I paid for and the damage that was caused to my rotors for this shady mess..caused me time, money and extra energy. Think twice before going here. Keep it moving to the city.
Better off just leaving your car/ truck broken before going here to have them fix it. Worst service I've ever experienced. Went in and told them I needed a front ABS sensor. I was told it would take 1-2 days for the part and that I'd have to pay for it in advance so I did and left my truck with them. 5 days had passed and I went to get my truck because the part still hadn't come in yet. When I arrived they thought I'd already picked up my truck. I then asked for a refund since I agree to 1-2 days, not 5-7 and was told "we can't refund the part, the best we can do is give you the part".....
