Spoke with Wes from service dept. I explained my needs an oil change, replace headlight bulb and fix the driver seat rear panel that will not stay attached. He told me to call the body shop and express oil change accross the street. I purchased my vehicle and all service has been here. Now i will take my business to Albuquerque Dealerships. Rico send Wes to CS class so he does not send business elsewhere. Poor customer service from Wes.
Fast. Nice place to wait for my oil change. Reasonable prices. Stay consistent in your stay, ask questions and let people know you're there, waiting or what have you.
Above and beyond customer service. I was traveling through NM and had a break down in T or C. The dealership there needed a part at Rico. I drove to Gallup to get the part but couldn't make it until after hours. Rob met me at about 8pm on a Friday night and opened up to get me the part. Much appreciated.
