I wanna start of by saying that the service advisors at this dealership are amazing, friendly and professional. They make you feel like they have your best interest in mind. They were the best part of my experience with this dealership. As for the service department, very very slow. They are to busy to effectively take care of 1 vehicle in a timely manner, I had an expensive repair, I don't feel like i got a value, also I don't feel good about the money I spent. I could have taken my truck elsewhere and had the work done faster and cheaper. With less problems. I've had my truck back for 3 days and it's been back to the dealer everyday so far. I feel that 9 days should have been enough time to fix it right the first time. I talked to the owner, he was a very nice gentleman willing to help if he can.
On October 20 I pulled into your service department in my 2013 f-250 6.7 and my turbo wasn't working. We were on our way to Colorado with our 32foot trailer for my nephews welcome home party. He's been deployed in Afghanistan for the last year . Talked to one of the service gentlemen about the turbo and was told it would probably be Wednesday before you could have a turbo and put it on. After talking to the service man ,I didn't get his name. He then he told me to wait a minute and went in to the parts department and when he come out he called one of the mechanics and asked him if he could put a turbo on and he said he could by Saturday afternoon. Ask them where an rv park was to drop my trailer and was told USA RV. On the way back to your dealership the turbo started working a little and told them at the shop .Went back Saturday morning at 8:00 am to check and was told the turbo was fine and if I would go hook up my trailer and come back they wanted to hook up the computer and drive around. So after about 45 minute test drive with Christopher I was told back at the shop that everything was fine. Christopher wanted to make sure we didn't break down out in the middle of nowhere. We are home now without any problems getting home .The problem was my fault for driving in 5th gear too long ..Just wanted to tell you that we really appreciate how your crew was taking care of US instead of looking at the money to be made off the job .. If we're ever in that situation again we will come and have your dealership fix my vehicle with no worries about the service.. Some shops would have looked at making $2000 instead of the $162 I was charged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody your dealership for work. Thanks again for your professionalism and caring. Horrible!! Placed an order for a part and paid for it. 10 minutes later we wanted to cancel it and get our money back, but they said we couldn't do that. We asked them to call who ever they sent the order to, but they gave us attitude and said they couldnt. They didn't even try. Good job Ford, way to look put for us. *sarcasm*
