I've been taking my pets here for 20 years for care and boarding. Have been very pleased with all the vets here. A rare rude technician but all businesses have one of these occasionally. Overall, the staff are good with the animals and the place is always clean.
Very busy place! TheVet that Otto saw was very well spoken and knowledgeable. She a was also very calming and gentle. All of our questions were addressed appropriately. Two days following his appointment Otto is back to his regular self running, playing. The prices at quite high compared to what I am used to paying at our regular clinic but this could be the standard costs in this region.
Had a recent issue with my dogs tail. Met with Dr. Emily S. who put my concerns at ease. My dog now has a bobbed tail but is no longer in pain and happy as can be. Another great part is the price is much better than I expected AND they give a military discount!
People are extremely nice, Dr is very knowledgeable & capable. I came here as a walk in with my Cavalier. They are quite convenient to the interstate & I can get in & out easily with my truck. They appreciated that I was passing through & was on a time schedule, & they worked me right in. The Vet did not rush & took time to fully discuss problem & treatment options. I highly recommend this facility!
