we took my girlfriends galaxy note 5 in because they said they would be able to replace the back and when we went back for the phone they had ruined it. it was stuck on emergency recovery option. we had to do an insurance claim so I was very disappointed. wouldn't recommend to anyone

I was given back a unusable phone and told that "this happened to somone else today with a i phone . Sorry" had to buy a new phone, $600 down the drain with no explanation or remorse. Not only that but there is a child (like 14 years old) working on the electronics ?!?
They have poor customer service. If you want cheap fix you pay for what you get. I have seen poor quality of the work and services they provide. I heard many complaints from their customers.
