Choices of shoes not abundant and clerks not very helpful, but are very nice...

The selection is like any other Payless so it's nice to come here but the service needs improvement. They close 10-15mins before they are suppose to and when you knock on the door. . . they make you feel stupid for asking why they are closed. If they stuck to the hours on the door and wouldn't be rude about closing early it would be a 5 star.
