Took my lab coats in to be cleaned got them back with weird chemical stains on both jackets. They told me they would try to fix it. 6 visits later and several months the owner offers to pay for coats but wants try one last time to get the stains out. Went in today and his demeanor had changed. He tells me now that it's my fault and that his front desk lady is saying that the jackets were like that when I brought them in. After trying to discuss it with him he begins to raise his voice and pound in the counter. I, the customer, had to ask this man " the owner" to calm down and to be professional. Finally, I conclude the that this rude business owner has no desire to help me or try to resolve the issue and that I will not be receiving any type of recompense for the damages incurred by the hands of Cowboy Cleaners. Avoid this place at all costs. But especially avoid the owner who does not take responsibility for the mistakes of his company.
