Needed a rooftop furnace repaired under warranty. As the only factory authorized contractor, Gustafson refused to work on my furnace. He was happy to collect generous unearned fees for accepting delivery of warranty replacement parts at his business, but would not even take the returned defective part-so I had to deliver it myself 3.5 hours away. At least he was honest in admitting that he was frightened of slipping and falling off my metal roof.
