My first visit was terrible. The staff is unprofessional and lack courtesy. No one in the whole place smiles or acknowledges you are there. They just give you the native glare which is not part of being in the customer service field. I highly suggest not doing business with them. Save time and money by purchasing from Big Lots.
I have bought a washer and dryer (paid it off) then a fridge almost done. Alberta calls for my payment every month and is very rude!!!!! Horrible customer service. They never call to see if everything is working right but when your due they call two three times!! Very unprofessional!!
Aaron's has nice furniture and home appliances, but the General Manager (Evan) is awfully rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Definitely needs new management who can appreciate their new and long time customers. Take your business elsewhere! Buddy's Furnishing are very respectable friendly people, I would start from there if you want to be treated as a welcoming customer.
I wouldnt recomend this place the staff and the managers are all very rude. Rac is way better.
Very disrespectful place the staff is horrible my payments are up to date i go in and ask abouy my warranty to fix my bed since it has been the 3rd time it is broken i had the staff laugh at me and told the mangement where he didnt seem to concern in front of customers that were walking in fyi the staff im sure of any of you bought something and down to last 2 payments and been harassed for a year you would be upset as well and the thing bout it i call corporate many times and nothing has been solved also why i think the staff dont wear name tags yes i could take my business else where but this is gallup are options are limited i well still continue to call corporate and tell them about the staff we keep your buisness open i can only imagine how ugly they can get with customers that dont make payments at all very disrespectful place
