I called in the morning (9am) Saturday before Mother's day. And they wouldn't take an order!! And they're closed on Mother's Day!?!
I'm not sure how competitive the floral business is in Gallup, but I see a business opportunity. Maybe I should open a shop in Gallup that delivers on Sundays! I'll call it Sunday Flowers and I'll take orders on Saturday.
Use the other florist in Gallup. Aztec Floral drops the ball and doesn't follow-through on orders. On more than one occasion I placed an order multiple days in advance, clearly communicated when and where the arrangements should be delivered, and was promised by Aztec floral that they would be delivered. They miss the mark and don't deliver on time.
Bad castomer service manager never there they writ bad checks to employees they rip-off ppl there going down
Avoid these people.
I take it back,these guys are always late...I paid cash for dozen and they cnt deliver
