Scanning your own items is the best thing that developed here. You no longer have to stand in line for the cashier.
Great place to shop for almost anything you need. I've no complaint. Thank you Wal-Mart.
Its the only walmart in town so its always super busy. Good thing is they keep all their registers open to deal with all the people. They also keep the shelves fully stocked at all tines.
The only thing that can be a drag is since we have so many groceries, having to wait in the check out line for so long. The cashiers do a good job, especially with having the produce numbers memorized. If there could be a faster process, with check out. maybe a double scanner.
Walmart struggles with customer service especially in my area. Even their customer service manager is unprofessional. I believe that they should work hard on training there employees on doing a better job in customer relations. The way I see it is they need customers coming thru the door because without us they have no job and I think that gets lost. No customers no job.
