Super scared of the dentist, Holly (Front Office Lead) and Dr. King made me feel very relaxed and informed. Before any process was started they thoroughly explained how and why it was to be done. I will definitely return with my family to have all our dental needs taken care of. Good job.
I love this place! First off the the facility is so clean and unlike Any place in Gallup. I am so scared of the dentist (as I am sure many people are) and from beginning to end I was treated so kindly! I can not rave enough about this staff! I had my first cleaning done that I hadn't had in many years. Casey was so kind and gentle. After, I met Dr. King and he was very knowledgeable and answerd all of my concerns. I can't forget about my very kind assistant Laura, she explained everything to me from beginning to end and was so professional and patient with me throughout the entire process. Give this place a try you won't regret it! Thank you Sundance Dental!
I absolutely hate dentist, the thought of sitting in that chair and having someone poke,drill, pull, or any other thing makes my anxiety skyrocket. But I knew I had to bite the bullet and go in to have my teeth fixed and from the first time I walked in to the office downstairs and talked the staff I honestly felt so comfortable that I became friends with many of the staff and everyone took great care in making sure that my experience was as enjoyable as it could be as well as keep me informed on my progress. On a scale of 1-10 I give them all 11s.
I was seen by Dr. Whitehead and DA Kassie and I have no complaints. They were very professional and very friendly the kind of people who make you want to go back. I will definitely be returning and referring all of my friends. Good job Sundance Dental!
First time at Dental office that doesn't smell like dentist (if you know what I mean). The ladies at the front desk were friendly, professional and committed to their job. Even though I was a little late for my appointment the service was fast. Dr. King was also professional and friendly. Casey was the best for me although everyone seems happy there.
