The only reason there is one star is because....Google wouldn't let me write a review otherwise!! Soooooo disappointed with this place ....talk about greedy! I will never come here again. Disrespectful.distasteful.rude.no compassion whatsoever. This community deserves so much better..hated my visit.
My daughter needed a stethoscope and the lady who helped us out was super sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond and I would recommend this shop to everyone.
I shop here all the time with my family and get my son scuba for PJs or to do projects in . . . . And the owner tresea is lovely and always friendly I love to talk to her and she always goes above and beyond with our sizes and shoes we want to try on she is so helpful. I love shopping here and the vibe of the store. I always walk out with a smile and satisfied.
I'm not usually the one to complain about services, but in this case I will because the service and how I was treated at this store was uncomfortable. No one greeted me or said, "do you need help with anything?" or "thank you and have a nice day". Instead, I got a dirty look right when I walked into the store, the store owner eyes were on me the whole time like I was going to steal something, and when checking out she said nothing! I asked the the lady if she was the store owner and she said, "yes". I told her, "as your customer I felt unwelcomed and you were not polite. It's really sad because this is the only store in town to shop for scrubs". The store owner response was, "next time shop online". WOW!!! She did not want my business and take her advice, "shop online" and don't shop here!!!!
