The owner is very rude. I washed my vehicle and some of the quarters got stuck in the machine so I told him. He had a worker come and check. He asked my how much I lost I said a dollar and he goes off on me. He says how do I know you actually lost money in the machine I said you can see it, its stuck. The worker proceeds to take out the change that was stuck. More that a dollar was in there. Then he tells me that a dime was stuck that was why the change wasn't coming out and $4 was stuck. I told hi om just give me my dollar and I'll be on my way. The owner says what are going to do with the change. At this point I'm already irritated with him so I don't answer him. He says why didn't the change come out. I told him I tried to take the change out it didn't work and he says what if I took a crow bar and tried to open your vehicle. I was like what? I didn't answer him. I just got my money and left. Never going to use that place again. Bad customer service and really rude owner.
..all of this in a matter of 10 seconds. I told the worker that I don't need to be told five times. This is so typical of Gallup business owners.....they expect you to jump to their command. I will not be treated this way and will no longer use this place of business....
As I was leaving I saw an EMPTY stall...hah..no one was waiting for an empty stall.

Great clean service.
Cheap and effective. Got my truck extremely muddy and used the drive in power washer to blast out my wheel wells. Reasonable prices. The change machine was broke , but the owner was there with stacks of quarters.
I was waiting to use the vacuum after my car wash. I was still in the stall and the owner approached me and told me that I am taking up space and another customer was looking for an empty stall and I needed to move. I said OK. I went to wipe one more spot before I would leave. The owner was rude and told me that I am NOT listening and that one customer was waiting for an empty stall. She then told her worker that I am not leaving and he told me again that I had to move
