I came 15 min late because my baby sitter was late..without informing me they cancelled my apointment and my hair dressar went for lunch.
Not professional at all..
Though she has next appt at 4 pm.
Atleast ypu should call yourcustomer before cancelling...

But no.body called me and cancelled my appt.
She can atleast squeeze mw in and do some easy hair style for 15 min
