This branch is really shameful as major bank. They charge lots services, but NO services, NO kindness, NO system, I think they don't have brain. They should go to Wells Fargo Bank and learn system about how take care of their customers. They are lucky cause they located in Gallup. People is very nice and have patient. People wait always long line. But only one or two tellers work. But when two tellers work, Other teller for business line first. Shame Gallup Bank of America. You guys should fix system asap. Please don't cheat your customer any more.

it would be nice too give them negative stars but don't have the option stood in line for 45 minutes only two tellers working I was needing help with a deposit I made the night before it was told it wouldn't be available until the following morning day because it was after 8 pm so over all terrible customer service horrible management of wouldn't suggest anyone going too this branch at all
I would give a negiative this is the only BOA in Gallup NM and going to it to pay rent is the worst. Around the first through the tenth everyone in the county goes. Also they have 5 employees walking around and 1 teller people are standing in line out the door elderly are stressed about this and I my self stood in line for two hours before I decided to try the next day I was eventually helped the next day after only standing in the line for 53 min. It is such a struggle to endure the torture of this bank. But I have to pay rent so I guess it will have to do.
