The waiting time for customer service is ridiculous at this location. Oh wait, this is the only location here in Gallup. What happened to the Boardman location opening back up in October? Waiting time is even worse now with First American credit union closing it's doors this month. The majority of their customers transferred their accounts to this bank. Please expedite the opening of another branch real soon! Now, I'm late for work! :)
The loan officer was not polite at all, an inconvenience to her and her time. Our experience with this branch was the worst, no customer service and no one wanted to be helpful .... employees need training ...
